domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. during new drops or high volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. if your order hasn't arrived after 12 business days, contact us at support@asylumfound.com and we'll get it sorted.

we aim to have all products premade and ready to ship before they go live. on rare occasions, we may offer pre-order drops — but these will always be made abundantly clear before purchase. if a product is a pre-order, estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page.

we do accept international orders. however, international shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are out of our control. expect longer wait times and higher shipping costs on orders outside the US. any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. we are not liable for delays caused by customs.

you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. if you don't see it, check your spam or promotions folder. if it's been a few days and you still haven't received tracking info, reach out to us at support@asylumfound.com.

if your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. once an order has been shipped, we're unable to make any modifications. we move fast so don't wait on this one.
